Dreaming Damnations -Chapter Seven, Part Two It wasn’t Komako’s, who kept her mouth and nose covered with her lace-trimmed kimono sleeve. The Unicorn gave no indication the blood seeped from any injury of hers. A heap lay draped over her side behind her Alyss, its limp arms bouncing as the Unicorn glided towards the tunnel.

“Henrique!” Jerund half-gasped in shock.

The Black Knight threw out an arm, blockading him in the midst of his run towards the approaching figures. Jerund yelped as he bounced back, tumbling over the March Hare who had been trying to pull him back within the tunnel.

Dreaming Damnations -Chapter Seven, Part One “Stay organized and composed this time!” Rook shouted.

Narcissa looked past Jack Limerick at the archway of a relatively well-lit tunnel a short sprint behind him. Its close proximity mocked her with all the cruelty she felt a twisted fate could give at the moment. They had come this close to what they placed every last quintessence of desperate hope in only to be screwed in the end. The same shadow they sought to avoid now loomed over the light at the end of their tunnel in a loathsome twist of irony.

Editing Purgatory Wonderland

I'll be proofreading and editing the story over an expanse of time, adding in some subtle changes here and there as I fix the errors I originally overlooked. Afterwards I hope to send it off to the publisher, unless I murder my computer and laptop alike first. If it's not screwing up files in the midst of working on my manuscripts, it's having to log back in on deviantart and closing pop ups and a site I've exited out of that pops up several times over and freezing everything up.
